Visas: not directly (you handle that). Hotel groups: yes — we have partnerships with boutique hotels (Las Alcobas, Hotel Carlota, La Valise) for group rates 10-25% below public. We coordinate booking + room blocks.
Do you work with international DJs or florists?
For international talent, yes — we coordinate logistics + venue requirements. For most events, local Mexican DJs and florists are equal/better quality at significantly lower cost. We recommend local options unless international talent is essential.
What's the minimum budget for an event with you?
Around USD $5,000 (MXN $100K) to make economic sense given coordination time. Below that, you can self-coordinate with a venue directly. We add the most value at $15K+ events where coordination complexity justifies our role.
